PALATE
A bright luscious wine with sweet strawberry and cream flavours. Acidity is
fresh and vibrant, with a sweet fruity finish.
 
AROMA
Strawberries and cream with hints of ground spice.
 
COLOUR
Pale pink rose petal.
 
VINTAGE CONDITIONS
With very little rain and cloud over summer the fruit was unsullied. Temperatures were moderate with very few extreme heat days. Winemakers took the opportunity to allow fruit to remain on the vine to develop the best possible flavours. Temperatures cooled off late in the season which created perfect conditions for a long and slow-paced finish to the ripening period.
 
WINEMAKING
We utilise a French technique known as Saignée; immediately following crush, the juice is drained from the skins preventing deeper colours and tannins being
extracted from the skins. These skins have a lower juice to skin ratio and as a result,
produce a more intensely flavoured wine.

Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc
